With the membership to our library, you can enjoy access to both physical and online platform.

Membership Policies

UPH, STPPH, and UPH College (automatic membership)

Active Students: Undergraduate (Diploma + S1), Graduate (S2 + S3), and UPH College Students
Academic Staff: Full-time UPH Lecturers, Part-Time UPH Lecturers, and UPH College Teachers
Non-Academic Staff: UPH staff, UPH College staff, YUPH & YPPH staff

Library Access

If you are a member, you can visit our library when it's open. You can check our opening hour & holiday schedule, and the regulation to visit library on COVID-19 restriction. To access our digital collections, you can read about your library account here

Clearance Form

Before graduating or leaving UPH's community, your library membership will be revoked, and you need to fill an administration paper to confirm that you have already returned all borrowed collections and cleared all fines (if any). You should get your Clearance Form from your department's administration office.
