Introduction

General Information

Based on the government regulation Surat Edaran Kemenristek Dikti Nomor B/323/B.B1/SE/2019 tentang Publikasi Karya Ilmiah Program Sarjana, Program Magister, dan Program Doktor, students must submit (self upload) their Final Papers (Tugas Akhir) to Universitas Pelita Harapan Repository as a judicial requirement starting  from the Academic Year of 2019/2020.

  1. The Final Papers being uploaded must be the final version (in accordance with the printing version) and has been signed by the examiners, supervisors, Dean, and Head of Study Program
  2. After uploading, students must come to the Library to have their final paper upload being verified and have to submit 1 (one) copy of printed Final Paper to get a verification form (Formulir Pernyataan Lolos Verifikasi Unggah Mandiri Tugas Akhir) as a judicial requirement for your graduation. Submit the verification form to your Study Program before the judicial deadline.
  3. The Library hours for verification service is as follows:

Karawaci Campus Library            : Monday - Friday       8 AM – 3 PM

Medical Campus Library               : Monday - Friday     11 AM – 3 PM

Semanggi Campus Library            : Monday - Friday    11 AM – 6 PM

  1. Universitas Pelita Harapan Repository is open access and integrated with the Repository of Kemenristek Dikti (The Ministry of Research and Technology) called Rama http://rama.ristekdikti.go.id/
