From April 29th until May 24th, 2024, Sekolah Dian Harapan students participated in an internship program at The Johannes Oentoro Library. Through the supervision of the Jol librarian, each student is tasked with assisting the librarian in carrying out services in the Library, such as shelving, making promotional materials for the Library, book repairing, and digitizing collections. The Johannes Oentoro Library hopes that by participating in this internship program, they can better know and understand the scope of work in the Library and gain knowledge they can use in the future.

The library collaborates with HRD to hold training sessions for lecturers on Academic Training. These monthly sessions, each lasting for one semester, aim to enhance the lecturers' knowledge and academic writing skills. The goal is for participating lecturers to be able to produce high-quality academic manuscripts by the end of the training program.

On April 30th, 2024, the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Class of UPH Communication Major conducted an Exam Presentation on consumer behaviour related to gasoline consumption and changes to charging electricity due to the presence of electronic vehicles. This analysis was then used to create a marketing communication action plan. The following day, May 6th, 2024, the IMC Class advertised Nutrifood's newest coffee innovation product, Lokalate. The ad resulted from brainstorming different strategies to create persuasive and effective messages in print and video form.

The library of UPH Tangerang Campus organized a webinar at May 2, 2024, on how to publish your work of literature through UPH Press for free. The Webinar focused on a guide to bring your work into reality through UPH press, the requirements to release your work through UPH press, the many services of UPH press and etcetera. The speaker Mr. Dhama Gustiar Baskoro, S.S., M.Pd spoke with a hint of elegance while delivering his words with efficiency and grace. He was also pleased with the amount of questions the audience presented him with at the end of the webinar.

The One UPH Library and EBSCO organized an online workshop on April 29, 2024, on how to maximize the use of Pathfinder 4.0 called EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS). The workshop focused on a guide to use and utilize all functions in EDS to make students' and lecturers' journeys to do research easy. Ryan Salas, the EBSCO Training Specialist in the Southeast Asia Region describes and guides every detail of EDS Function thoroughly, He makes sure that all participants will have a basic knowledge to utilize EDS in their research.
